Classes
Tina
"I have been going to The Pole Lab for about 8 + years now and cannot fault the studio in any way. Chloe runs a professional yet friendly studio with a variety of classes as well as guest workshops and even finds the time to arrange photo shoots for her students who are interested.
She is both inspiring and encouraging and very good at reading people and how hard or not that they can be pushed.
She has a great team of instructors backing her up and altogether The Pole Lab is a warm, friendly, accepting and fun environment."
Wings Chan
"Honestly hands down the best pole studio i've ever been to.
ALL of the instructors are amazing, friendly, professional and very supportive! I always recommend The Pole Lab to every person I talk to about self confidence and fitness.
What I love most about The Pole Lab is that there are different styles of instructors. Exotic, flow, contemporary styles etc.
High poles, big floor to ceiling mirrors and plenty of space!
It's a great place not only for pole fitness but making friends and attending events!"
Jordan Stan
"The Pole Lab and the team are fantastic. I was so nervous the first time I went, but they're so supportive and knowledgeable.
It's definitely a full body work out.
It's such a supportive environment in general."

Faye Gramston
Faye Gramston started pole fitness in early 2015, after her first lesson she knew this was the perfect way for her to exercise and build strength, so she began regularly attending classes with head instructor Chloe Anderson at The Pole Lab.
She has now been working as a regular instructor at The Pole Lab for over 5 years helping to support people to gain greater confidence, strength and flexibility through pole fitness.
Faye has no previous dance or gymnastics background so is aware of the dedication and perseverance needed to achieve gracefulness and fluidity in pole if it does not come so naturally. She is keen to be able to help students develop from beginner to advanced level whilst creating their own style and nailing moves. She is comfortable with all different styles of pole including the sexier side.

Bianca Croft
Bianca fell in love with Pole after attending her first ever class over 6 years ago and hasn’t looked back since.
Bianca loves the diversity and different styles that pole offers and welcomes the challenges it brings to enhance her strength and flexibility, from tricks and power spins, to pole flow and empowering sultry dance. Bianca had no dance or gymnastic background, her desire to learn, dedication and determination has brought her to where she is today.
Bianca has a real passion, her classes are evident of this, fun, varied and challenging. Bianca enjoys watching her students develop and fall in love with pole as she has done so. Christina Doyle
Christina’s passion for inclusivity in pole and love of helping beginners find their power makes her our newbies champion. If you’re interested in pole, you can be a pole dancer. No matter your shape, size, gender, or background.
Previously struggling to find exercise she enjoyed, her first time on the pole inspired her to work on her physical strength. She had no dance or gymnastics experience, but has built up skills and knowledge to perform routines in several showcases.
With 10 years of experience learning from Chloe at the Pole Lab (or Passion 4 Pole, as it was known back then), teaching was Christina’s natural next step.

Nervous to get started? No need. Christina's calming presence and expert knowledge of moves and variations will ensure you can nail moves from day one.

Lotte Hill
Ever since she discovered pole dancing in 2022, Lotte has been hooked on the sport. With a background in strength training at the gym, she initially found pole challenging, as it required a level of fluidity and movement she wasn't used to. However, her dedication and passion have led to incredible improvements in both her fitness and strength.
Joining The Pole Lab team was a dream come true for Lotte, giving her the opportunity to share her enthusiasm with others. Her classes are fun, challenging and inclusive, designed to ensure everyone leaves feeling accomplished and empowered. While spin pole is her first love, she also loves static tricks, flips and strength-based combos.
Lotte takes immense joy in watching her students progress and nothing makes her happier than seeing them fall in love with pole dancing just as she did.
Xpert qualified. First aid trained.

Katie Reid
Katie tried her first class at The Pole Lab in 2021 and despite having no background in gymnastics and dance, immediately fell in love with pole. She has worked hard to improve her strength and enjoys the challenge of learning new pole moves and pushing herself out of her comfort zone.

Katie loves all of the variety that pole offers and has enjoyed being able to incorporate her love of resistance training and desire for more flexibility into her pole training. She loves a good static strength combo, pretty shapes on spin and learning new flips and dismounts.

After performing in her first showcase in 2023, Katie knew that her next step was to be able to share her passion with others and be able to teach the tricks and transitions that she loves.
