The Pole Lab offers Pole Fitness/Dance and Flexibility Classes which are suitable for all levels of fitness. You do NOT need any previous experience or any particular level of fitness or flexibility to start. We offer a range of classes from beginner-advanced and also specialised classes such as heels, choreo and courses.
Pole fitness is a great way to get fit and have fun doing so. It helps improve upper body and core strength, plus flexibility. You will also find it improves confidence both in the mind and body.
